Variety Gifts

This category includes many keepsake items such as a special cruise photo album with an 8x10 stock photo of your ship; Holland America Line t-shirts, polo shirts and our signature plush monogrammed bathrobes. You can also order casino chips in increments of ten; six chocolate dipped strawberries and hors d'oeuvre plates with 12 assorted appetizers perfect for a pre-dinner treat on your private verandah.

Flowers*

Enhance a cruise departure with a Bon Voyage or Anchors Aweigh Bouquet. Delight someone special with a dozen long stemmed roses. Add to any celebration fresh cut flowers or our Deluxe Dutch Delight floral arrangement.

Celebration Packages*

Whether celebrating a special occasion, a special night out or simply the cruise itself, we have packages to make your celebration more memorable. Our "Let"s Celebrate" package includes flowers, champagne, 10x7 activity sheet and dinner for two in the Pinnacle Grill. "Cruise Memories" includes a photo album, collection of four Holland America Line souvenir glasses and two white HAL logo t-shirts. "Lucky Night Out" offers a bottle of Veuve Cliquot Champagne and $50 in casino chips. Celebrate a birthday or send a Bon Voyage package with Champagne, balloon and ribbon.

Couples Packages*

There is nothing more romantic than sharing a cruise with someone you love. Our couples packages are a wonderful way to celebrate your relationship, privately or with family and friends. "Just For Us" includes a dozen roses, a bottle of Mumm Cordon Rouge, 2 bathrobes, one afternoon tea in your stateroom, dessert and champagne served one evening in your stateroom, guaranteed table for two in the dining room, two 25 minute aromatherapy massages, dinner for two at the Pinnacle Grill and a 10x7 activity photo sheet. Our "Renewal of Vows" package offers flowers in stateroom, a special invitation to the renewal of vows ceremony, complete with hors d'oeuvres and beverages, certificate presented by the ship's captain, dinner for two at the Pinnacle Grill and a 10x7 activity photo sheet.

Wine and Beverage

This category includes everything from soda fountain and coffee cards to hand-picked selections from our world-class wine list. Pre-arrange for ten or twenty glasses of our house poured wine. Treat someone special to a bottle of bon voyage champagne or wine. Enjoy our Holland America Line Commemorative Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay. Select three or five bottles of your choice from our Navigator's or Admiral's Choice list. For the ultimate wine experience, consider our Signature Sommelier Package.

Pinnacle Grill

Dinner at our 5-star Pinnacle Grill is a dining experience not to be missed. Beautifully appointed with Bvlgari® china, Riedel® stemware and Frette® linens, the intimate, reservations-only Pinnacle Grill is ideal for a romantic dinner for two or a special group celebration. Creative and innovative menus and an extensive, world-class wine list delight the palate and ignite the senses. Pre arrange a special dinner for two or a celebration with friends or family.

Cigars

Present your cigar aficionado with his or her choice of three cigars to enjoy with cocktails or an after dinner brandy. For a special gift, include our Holland America Line keepsake cigar cutter and logo traveling humidor with cedar insert.

Beauty, Relaxation & Fitness

Pamper yourself or someone special with our Greenhouse Spa and Salon gifts. Gifts include aromatherapy massages, facials and manicures. For the ultimate indulgence, choose our Signature Well-Being Package for a combination of the best spa treatments, special treats and a fitness class.

Shipboard Credits

Offering the greatest level of choice, our shipboard credits work as onboard gift certificates. You can purchase shipboard credits in any amount and the recipient can use them for any onboard purchase, with the exception of casino products. Shipboard credits can be used to purchase drinks, spa treatments, a Pinnacle Grill dining experience, even shore excursions.

Premium Wine Tasting

Savor fine wines under the tutelage of your ship's expert sommelier. Bold and robust, or subtle and buttery, these wines represent the best and the brightest. The tasting schedule is published in the onboard Daily Happenings sheet.

Dinner At The Pinnacle Grill

Celebrate fine dining and exquisite wine list at the Pinnacle Grill, where a table has already been reserved for you. You will be able to change your reservation once you are on board.

Wine Navigator's Choice Of Five Bottles

Browse through the cellar in the Wine Navigator brochure. Choose old favorites or try something new, as you pick out five bottles of wine to enjoy during your cruise.

Holland America Line Commemorative Wine

Enjoy a bottle of Holland America Line Commemorative Cabernet Sauvignon delivered to your stateroom; an elegant memento of your cruise. If you prefer white wine, the Cellar Master will exchange yours for a bottle of Chardonnay.

A Signature Service

Treat yourself or someone very special to our Well-Being spa package, a select combination of the best spa treatments and fitness classes offered by our renowned Greenhouse Spa and Salon.

Fitness Class

Our fitness classes are fun and a great workout. Classes may include: yoga, Pilates, cardio Ki-Bo circuit training and/or aquarobics. One session is included in your package; you can consult our class schedule once you are onboard to decide which is best for you.

Alpha Capsule Treatment

Once onboard you will learn about this advanced treatment which combines dry-heat sauna, vibratory massage and soothing aromatherapy. The Alpha Capsule will leave you feeling relaxed and completely revitalized. One session is included in your package.

Spa Treatment

Choose one 50 minute treatment of either La Therapie Facial, Elemis Aromapure Facial, Swedish Massage or an Elemis Deep Tissue Massage.

Daily Fresh Fruit

A platter of sliced, fresh fruit will be delivered to your stateroom daily at a time you prefer.

Monogrammed Bathrobe

Q. How do I order onboard gifts?

A. You have three options:

Use our online purchasing tool (located on the overview page).

Fax an order form (located on the overview page) to our Ship Services department at 1-800-207-3547.

Call our Ship Services department at 1-800-541-1576; they will be happy to answer questions and take your order over the phone.

Q. What information do I need to order onboard gifts?

A. Whether ordering for yourself and your party, or for friends or family travelling with Holland America Line, you simply need the guest's last name and booking number OR last name, ship name and sail date. We will also need your full credit card information, including your billing address and phone number.

Q. How do I order onboard gifts online?

A. The log-in for our online purchasing tool is located on the overview page. You will need a Holland America Line profile with a username and password. If you do not currently have a profile, you can easily obtain one by clicking on the register button. With your username and password you can enter the purchasing tool, view all of the onboard gift options and order as many as you would like for as many passengers as you like. To complete a gift purchase, proceed through all screens until you receive a reference number, which indicates that we have received your order.

Q. Can I stipulate which day of the cruise I want my gift delivered?

A. All gifts are delivered on day of embarkation. Under special circumstances, we will try to meet a request for a different date within the cruise. Note: fresh flowers can only be guaranteed on the day of embarkation.

Q. How is my order confirmed?

A. If you order online, we will send you a confirmation via email. If you order by fax or over the phone, we can confirm your order via email or fax (please provide your preferred contact information). If you do not have an email address or fax number, please request a hard copy confirmation via post.

Q. Can my gift be exchanged for something else once the guest is onboard?

A. Yes. Guests can exchange gifts within the same category, but the guest will need to cover any difference in price. For example, if a guest would like to exchange a bottle of wine for a different selection or exchange a clothing item for a different size. Gifts can also be exchanged for shipboard credit for the value of the gift. Guests need simply ask the Front Desk onboard staff for assistance.

Q. Where do I find the prices for the different gift items?

A. For the most complete list of gifts items and their respective prices, enter the online purchasing tool (you will need a Holland America Line profile with a username and password, this is easily obtained by clicking the register button). You can also open the printable order form, located on the overview page, for prices on several of the items. And you may call the Ship Services department at 1-800-541-1576. To receive prices for bottles of hard liquor to be delivered to a stateroom, call Ship Services.

Q. How does Shipboard Credit work?

A. Shipboard credit can be purchased in any amount and is posted to the recipient's onboard account as a credit against charges placed on that account. Shipboard credits can be used to pay for or offset the charges for everything from drink orders, spa services and shore excursions. Shipboard credit cannot be used for casino products and cash withdrawals. If you would like to create an onboard cash account for yourself or a guest, you can set up a Cash Payment Order (CPO); call Ship Services at 1-800-541-1576, push option 2 for an extension and dial ext. 3690; and a Cash Application Specialist will be happy to assist you

Q. How many people can I invite to the Renewal of Vows Ceremony?

A. As many as you would like; adults are $12.50 per person, children under 12 are $6.25 and children under 2 are free.

Q. Can I prearrange the date and time for the renewal ceremony?

A. No, the captain of the ship will set the date and time which will be confirmed by an invitation delivered to your stateroom the day after embarkation. The captain will try to schedule the ceremony on a formal dress night and usually in the late afternoon to avoid conflicts with shore excursions.

Q. Can I pre-select specific dates and times for spa treatments?

A. No, the guest for whom you purchase the spa treatment will receive a voucher for the service delivered to their stateroom the day of embarkation. Once onboard the guest can set the date(s) and time(s) with the Greenhouse Spa and Salon staff. This also applies to couples packages that include spa treatments.

Q. Can I pre-select specific dates and times for a Pinnacle Grill reservation?

A. No, the guest for whom you purchase a Pinnacle Grill dining experience will receive a voucher delivered to their stateroom on the day of embarkation. They will use this voucher to make a Pinnacle Grill reservation for a specific date and time once onboard. You can request a specific date and time which the ship will try to accommodate, however you or the recipient guest must confirm the reservation with the Pinnacle Grill once onboard. This also applies to couples packages that include a Pinnacle Grill dining experience. For parties of 6 or more guests, a special form must be filled out prior to the reservation being processed. Please call our Ships Services department at 1-800-541-1576 to make a reservation for a party of 6 or more guests.

Q. Does the Soda Fountain gift card include tonic water?

A. Yes, the Soda Fountain gift card is good for 20 sodas, including tonic water.

Q. Where can the House Pouring Wine gift card be used?

A. The House Pouring Wine gift card be used in the main dining room, the Pinnacle Grill.

Q. What does the Signature Cocktail gift card include?

A. The Signature Cocktail gift card is good for 10 predetermined specialty cocktails, but does not include well-drinks. The signature cocktails vary between season, ships and destinations. If you would like to see a sample selection, call Ship Services at 1-800-541-1576.

Q. Are there any restrictions on the onboard gifts?

A. You must be 21 years or older to purchase any alcohol items and 18 years or older to purchase cigars or casino items. Recipients of any alcohol gifts must be 21 years or older; recipients of cigars or casino items must be 18 years or older.
